This 6-month coaching engagement is designed to lay a strong foundation for career growth. We'll focus on what success means to you and develop a map for the road ahead. Although there is no set deliverable at the end of this engagement, you should better understand where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there.

What we'll do over the next 6 months;

Engage in hour-long, virtual sessions. each with a stated focus. That focus may develop over time, but we'll prioritize purposeful discussions.
Meet, virtually, up to 10 times, using Zoom, to move that goal forward.
The first session is 90 minutes after that they are 60 minutes.
